Laser for facial redness

Redness of the face and neck, blotches, Erythrosis, erythropoietin, blotches: treatments

Blotches, what is it? Following the clinical appearance of redness include:

  • The Erythrosis: simple flushing, but the vessels are clearly visible. They often join Erythrosis hot flashes (flushes phenomenon).
  • The blotches, with the presence of larger vessels, although dilated, visible to the naked eye.
  • The érythrocouperoses: corresponding to the association red background and large vessels.
  • The Erythrosis coli is a combination of Erythrosis and pigment spots at the sides of the neck.

Why?
The capillaries in the dermis of the skin, because of the presence of smooth muscle in their wall:
  • Contract under the influence of cold, emotions .... Inducing pallor
  • Or expand under the influence of various factors such as temperature change, heat, emotions, alcohol, spices ... inducing redness accompanied by a sensation of heat, called rosacea. With the repetition of this phenomenon and genetic factors predisposing and aggravating as the sun exposure, tobacco, the wall of some of these vessels is impaired and they remain permanently dilated: they are redness.
  • Erytrocouperose fine before and after treatment
How to treat?
Previously, the only way to deal with these unsightly lesions was electrocoagulation with fine needles. Over the past ten years it is possible to deal effectively and sustainably by laser or pulsed light

What is the treatment?
It is under the influence of the laser to obtain a reduction in vascular density by coagulation of blood vessels. This effect is achieved by selective lasers, which coagulate through the skin vessels in the dermis, without alteration surface. The treatment of rosacea is critical to preventing future problems.

Can lasers be used it?

THE COLOR LASER PULSE or LCP:
o In the thermal (heating) with immediate-type of redness and swelling for about 48 hours and requiring 3 to 4 sessions spaced 2 months
o mode with 'photothermolysis' more radical and faster, with purpura (micro superficial bruises) for 10 to 15 days

Broken nose before and after treatment
What happens during the session?
The doctor will cover light impacts the treatment area during a meeting which will last 15 to 20 minutes.

The meeting is it painful?
The laser pulses sent to the skin cause a sensation type tap rubber. The pain is limited by a cooling system associated with laser propelling gas cold

What are the suites?
They vary depending on the laser and the option you have chosen with the dermatologist.
In most cases the result will be simpler with redness and possibly a slight swelling for 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes, especially with the pulsed dye laser, the laser will induce voluntary destruction of ships and it is a gray-brown more or less marked (purpura) to decline 7 to 15 days. There is then a major embarrassment that needs to reorganize the days following the treatment and make a camouflage!
There may be intermediate options with more visible redness few days but also without any persistent redness. But in this case it will consider more meetings in total.

How many passages should be considered?
It depends on the intensity of érythrocouperose and ranges from 1 to 3 passages.

How many sessions?
Sometimes only 1 for a big hair or a stellar angioma The most frequently 3 to 4 to 1 or 2 months apart. The target is more sensitive and more treatment is long. So in general it will take more sessions to treat a broken Erythrosis

What are the results?
These techniques are very efficient and provide comfort to the patient.
The result will install en1 to 2 months.

Is it definitive?
One or two sessions are recommended annual maintenance thereafter.

Rosacea treatment

The word Rosacea used to be more of a mystery. Over the past few years as drug companies advertise their treatments for this skin condition to the public has learned a lot more about it. Reasons for Rosacea
Rosacea occurs as a result of capillaries (blood vessels) being close the surface of the skin. Some people have tried to related it to skin mites or bacteria, but there is on scientific proof of such.

You Don’t Have to Live With Rosacea ANY LONGER!!

If you suffer from Rosacea, you know what it’s like to feel embarrassment and even shame. Few people can understand how it feels to have people looking at you all the time, even asking questions like “What’s wrong with your face?” You want the ground to just open up and swallow you.

Rosacea is a disorder of the blood vessels in the face that shows up as deep redness from dilated blood vessels, facial swelling, and burning sensations. Other symptoms are those hard red bumps, called papules, and the pimple-like eruptions, called pustules. If rosacea is left untreated, it can even move into the nose area, causing that large, ruddy nose that looks so awful. Redness comes in flashes and moves over your face, seemingly at will.

Imagine waking up and looking into the mirror and seeing a face look back at you that lights up with a smile at the clear, even skin without redness and breakouts. Imagine looking like you used to before rosacea attacked your face and left you looking like something from a bad dream. You’ll never shed another tear over your rosacea again – the solution is here.

About 16 million people in North America have been diagnosed with rosacea, and who knows how many more go undiagnosed, so you’re not alone. Rosacea can really damage your skin and it won’t go away on its own, so you need something for your skin that really works. Anyone can get rosacea, but if you’re a light skinned Caucasian, you’re odds are the highest. Usually, people with rosacea have skin that is very sensitive to wind, cold, heat and sun. Whether you are seeing visible symptoms or not, rosacea will continue to get worse until you develop Rhynophyma, the condition mentioned above where the nose gets larger and redder, which is much more severe.

You’ve probably tried all sorts of moisturizers to get rid of the redness and medications that aren’t even appropriate for rosacea, like benzoyl peroxide and hydrocortisone. Not only are they unable to properly treat rosacea, they can actually make your skin worse than before you used them. Maybe you’ve thought about laser treatments to get rid of all the uncomfortable symptoms, like that burning feeling in your face, and the flushing, but laser resurfacing isn’t recommended for rosacea. In fact, it can actually lead to a permanent red face.

Have you even had dermatologists treat your rosacea like acne? The truth is rosacea is nothing like acne, although the pustules that form may look like the pimples that come with acne. But rosacea needs a special type of treatment and until now, there haven’t been treatments that provide real help for rosacea.

Factors Causing Rosacea Flare Ups

There are many factors that cause flare-ups. Drinking alcohol, drinking coffee, drinking other hot beverages, eating hot soup, spicy foods, certain topical products, exercising or even going in the cold can cause the arterials, which regulates how much blood goes into these extra blood vessels, to dilate and temporarily make rosacea look worse.

Short Term Impact
But, in my opinion, none of these triggers permanently affect rosacea, in the short term they can make people look much redder and cause a flare-up of symptoms including the acne-type bumps that come with rosacea. So all these are temporary triggers and can be treated quickly.

What is Rosacea?

Rosacea is defined as a common chronic skin condition which affects an estimated 15 million Americans. People who are most affected by rosacea tend to be in the age group of 30's to 45 and generally are of light complexion.

Symptoms

Rosacea refers to a range of symptoms which generally start with some blushing or slight redness on the nose, cheeks, chin and forehead. As the condition progresses, symptoms typically worsen with persistent redness on the nose and cheeks. Small blood vessels begin to grow, particularly on the nose, and worsen as time goes by. Diffused generalized redness may become constant, which may also become worse whenever we exercise, drink coffee or alcohol or in a state of anger. Pimples can develop as well, furthering the misperception that many think that rosacea is acne.

Treatments for Symptoms Available

There are still many dermatologist who still believe that there is currently no 'cure' for rosacea, but the chronic symptoms often associated with rosacea can be treated effectively. Zenmed after much research has developed the Skin Support System for Dry Skin as well as Oily Skin and using this support system inflammatory symptoms such as acne can be treated effectively with this topical treatment. Blood vessels and spider veins associated with rosacea can be treated with lasers.
